Calendar: Events Calendar Userguide

The Events Calendar shows events one month at a time. Events marked with (INV) are special events postings that indicate that the event listing is an invitation board posting. All members are allowed to RSVP for invitation events that they can see.

Adding New Events:
From the main Calendar month display, you can click the \"Add a New Event\" link to add a new calendar event or a new invitation board event. If you wish to add an invitation board event, please see the Adding Invite Events help file.

Navigating the Calendar:
To move through the Events Calendar month by month display, simply select a new month from the drop down list at the bottom of the page and click the \"Show\" button. You can also click the names of the next and previous months to move forward and backward one month at a time. Clicking on a displayed event will open that event.

Viewing Multiple Events at Once:
If there are multiple events occurring on one day, you can click on the number of the day that the event is happening and you'll view all events for that day in a single multi-layered view. Note: If one or more of the day's multiple-events is an invitation board, it will not display as an invitation board when accessed through this multiple events view. You must go back and click on the invitation event's link to access the invitation board for it.

RSVPing for an Invite Event: All calendar events marked with an (INV) are invite events that you can sign up for and meet other Social Wave members at. For help with RSVPing for an event, see the Invitation Board Userguide help page.

How do I remove the RSVPs from an event listing on the calendar? (The event doesn't require an RSVP.) Thanks!
