Drive-In Movie Night

I've posted this to the calendar, but it didn't seem to take, so just in case: (I also forgot let people know that the movie's at 9:45 - the 9:15 time is when I figure people should all arrive)

Allright, it's a drive-in movie night! It doesn't so much matter what the movie is, just as long as there's lots of popcorn in brown paper bags, and people wrapped up in warm blankets in their cars!

Depending upon interest, I'm willing to find a hot-air popcorn popper, and make up a couple tons of butter-laden popcorn - pepper optional. (yes, I said pepper).

I'm voting for Once Upon A Time In Mexico, but I'm willing to be overruled. In fact, the theater won't tell you what movies are playing more than a week in advance, so there's no guarantee that OUATIM will even be playing - but we won't let that stop us!

What: Drive-In Movie Night - Once Upon A Time In Mexico
When: 9:15 Saturday, November 8
Where: Capitol Drive-In, San Jose
Why: Popcorn, a warm blanket, and no gum on the floor!

That movie sounds great! I'm in--but you can skip the popcorn for me. I'll bring some rice krispy squares.

Ooops! My bad!

If you tried to RSVP using that link you may have noticed that you ran into a little problem. I've got the Evite clone integrated in with the rest of the site with chewing gum right now so it only works right if you click on the link from the homepage or from the calendar. Just click on the "Drive-In Movie Night" link from either of those pages.

Ok, what movie do you guys want to see? Once Upon a Time in Mexico or School of Rock? Both should be playing on Nov. 8th.

I vote for School of Rock, too, but I love movies and haven't been to the drive-in since I was 6, so I'm game for anything.

School of Rock 'rocks' but I've already seen it--so I cast my vote for Johnny Depp in Mexico
