What's the best way to cook baby back ribs?

Lunadri's has ribs on sale for $4.99 a pound!!! That's a great price!
I cant figure out how to cook them. I had this great recipe where you baked them first, before you threw them on the grill. I cant remember how long to bake them for though.
Does anyone have any suggestion or recipes on how to cook ribs?
Any sauce recommendations?
