Pet Parade

I got your message about not having the walk unless people have responded. I think that's a good idea. How frustrating it must be to go to the park and have no one join you! Same thing happened to me when I organized Rally practice. Even when people said they would be there, sometimes no one showed up. Lately I have gotten very busy with some other things and can't attend. I did enjoy it though.
Have you looked into Society Dog? They have regular dog walks, as well as other events. This Sunday some of us are going to the Pet Parade in Burlingame. Beyla will pull her cart with a couple of chihuahuas inside. I'm going to dress Beyla as a pony, since she is pulling the cart. The rest of us, including the chihuahuas are planning to dress like cowboys. Would you be able to join us? You can find more information on the Yahoo group for Society Dog, or I could sent you info. It should be fun! You and your dogs would look great all cowboyed up! And it would be good to see you again.

Society Dog is also having their Howling Halloween in Los Gatos on Friday evening Oct. 28 and at Santana Row on Sunday, Oct. 30 at 3pm. Check out their website for more information about the event and other events posted. http://www.societydog.com.
