Reviewed: The Family Stone
Starring: Diane Keaton, Sarah Jessica Parker · Rating: PG-13 · Year: 2005 ·

Description: In this romantic comedy, a man brings his icy girlfriend home for Christmas to meet his family. Overwhelmed by their hostile reception, she calls in her sister for emotional support, which only triggers further chaos.

Review Title: Funny with some saddness · Overall Score: 7
(Overall Rating: 6, Casting / Acting: 8, Story: 8, )

My Opinion:
This is a good story about brining someone home to meet your family. It kind of reminded me about how it was brining my Fiance home for the first time. It was not as bad as this movie but it was close to it.
The one thing that surprised me about this movie is that was a sad part. I thought this was going to be all laughs and happy story through out.
I would give this movie a B.
