Dear Friends of South Bay Jewish Voice for Peace,

You are invited to our Thursday, February 16 meeting at 7:00 PM at the Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church, Rm 304. This month, we will start our meeting with a reportback from JVP member Liz Mulford.
Liz is a local family law attorney who first visited Jerusalem in 1961, and has gone there repeatedly (21 times; including September, 1967, during both
intifadas, etc.,--and most recently, at Christmas) since then because of her involvement with a charity which is now a home for the severely disabled. She will offer her personal views of the changes in Jerusalem and the
region which have occured during the past 45 years.
Liz's talk and Q & A will take up the first hour of the meeting. The second hour we'll discuss upcoming plans, including a speaker in March - Dorothy
Naor - from the Israeli feminist, anti-militarist organization, New Profile.
The March 16 Dorothy Naor presentation is endorsed by Tikkun, SJ Womens Int'l League for Peace and Freedom and the Sunnyvale Presbyterian Pilgrims of Ibillin.
Hope to see you all there!
The Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church is located at:
728 W. Fremont Ave., Sunnyvale, near the corner of Hollenback and W. Fremont. (Take 280 N to 85 N. Exit at Fremont Ave. and go east. Right into parking
lot off W. Fremont before Hollenback)
