Lost my password! What do I do?

If you forget your password, you can request to have your password reset by clicking on the \"Forgot Password\" link on the main login page. You'll need to supply your username to reset your password. Once you complete the reset password request, you will get an email with instructions on how to complete your new password request.

If you can't remember your username, just click on the \"People\" tab to find your personality profile page. Your login name is the name that's displayed in your profile. If you're unable to login after attempting a password recovery, goto our support pages to contact us for more help.
