Anyone Know of Good Data Recovery Specialists?

A friend of mine just hosed his PC and he's in desperate need of recovering data that he's got stuck in Outlook. I know of some places that will do data recovery, but I'd hate to send someone someplace where I couldn't at least get a good personal reference from. Anyone know of a place or a person?
