San Jose Man is the New Champion Hot Dog Eater!

In case you missed it, the reigning king of the Nathan's 4th of July Hot Dog eating competition is no longer the feared Takeru Kobayashi of Japan. The new king is none other than San Jose local, Joey "Jaws" Chestnut. He downed a record 66 hot dogs and buns in 12 minutes in front of a crowd of 50,000 in New York City to bring the Mustard Yellow International Belt back to Silicon Valley.
It's not the Stanley Cup, but it's coming back to San Jose!
