My Opinion: They used to be great. Now they have lost an expensive shirt - won't own up to it, never call me back, basically play dumb everytime I ask about it. Not hard for them to do since everytime I go in there they have new employees. Makes you wonder. With their laundered shirt - they screw up the ironing about 25% of the time. They are FIRED!

My Opinion: In the past the Moon's facility on Branham has provided great customer service with decent quality. Although a little pricey as long as you had the Penny Saver coupon it was still a good value considering you could get your dry cleaning back the next day.
However on my last 2 visits their Customer service has been slipping. They seem to have no regard for long term customers and flat out told me that they do not mind if I take my business elsewhere and even pointed out that there were several other dry cleaners in the area. Well, I've taken their advice and will now be using one of their competitors for my $100 a month dry cleaning needs.
