This Fearless Challenge offers the opportunity to free yourself from the restrictions of your adult mind and relax into the flow of yourself and the moment. The creation of art can trigger feeling "exposed" or not good enough, self judgment and comparing ourselves to others. Susan Liddy, founder of Aspire Life Coaching, will coach you through letting go of your expectations and will support you to fully engage in the Mandala Making process through mindfulness, laughter and discussion.
The evening will begin with a group introduction and a brief mediation. We will explore use of symbolism, the creative meaning of animals and plants, and the power of the elements, the seasons and the four directions as Laura Rice, Life Coach and Artist, teaches you how to create your multi-media Mandala using paper collage, stenciling, dotting and more.
