Pet Alert: Sicko w/Pellet Gun Targeting Cats in SJ

This was in the Merc today. Five cats in different parts of SJ have been shot with pellet guns in the last six months. One was shot in the eye and had to have his eye removed (total vet bill: $2,200). The owner is now afraid to even let her dogs out in the yard. Unfortunately, there are no witnesses, thus no suspects so far.

Where was it? And all pet lovers keep an alert for kids with pellet guns. Lets get this person.
