Board Game Fun!

All right, everybody! These board game nights are proving to be a ton of fun, so I'm going to start organizing them on a weekly basis. Every Friday night at 8pm, we'll meet at Orchard Valley Coffee in Campbell for general mirth.

Don't know anything about board games? That's o.k.! Neither do I! Don't know other Social Wavers? That's o.k.! Chances are, you're not the only one - that's the whole point of this little community exercise in fun.

I'll be posting messages to the Social Wave Mixer Group page (which you can locate by clicking on "groups" on the navigation bar at the top of this page) to share the latest details, and I'll be posting invites regularly on the calendar. If you'd like to attend on any given night, please RSVP so I can judge what kind of game to bring (some work better with large groups, some with small groups). But, if you're too darned busy and want to fly by the seat of your pants, feel free to show up on the spot unannounced - Barbara (my partner in crime) or I will be there at a table with a Social Wave Campbell sign.

Please note that we won't be meeting on Friday, June 18 because of the Non-Dominant Hand Bowling Night that's already been announced.

We can meet at my house like the old days too if Orchard Valley becomes too loud as it's been apt to be lately with the Friday bands that are playing there. Or if anyone else has another local venue that would be good for this, let us know.

Hey Derek! We're still hosting board game nights. They're now on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at Orchard Valley Coffee. I need to post the next one (coming up this Friday) to the events calendar.
