DCBA Volunteer of the Year: Sheldon Chang

The Downtown Campbell Business Association has awarded the honor of 2007 Volunteer of the Year to Sheldon Chang, Web Developer and Owner of Hyperlinked Web Services, for his volunteer work as a web developer, print designer, and internet marketing consultant.

Sheldon built and manages downtowncampbell.com and socialwave.net; he designs most of the DCBA's posters and bag-stuffer cards that publicize Downtown Campbell community events; and, in partnership with the Public Wi-Fi Project, he recently launched a free public wi-fi service for Downtown Campbell. Sheldon believes in volunteering his time as a way to build local culture in Campbell and improve the health of the community socially as well as economically. You'll often find him walking down Campbell Avenue at our events, taking photographs to post on the website.
