We play year round on Sundays, barring rain. Always enough for one net, but extra nets are available should the turnout and skill level allow us to expand.
Open Play volleyball for experienced players. Multiple nets and fun people. Please no beginners at this time. We regularly have ten or more players. Must be able to pass the ball consistently. Most players are under 5'9". All are very good sports (a requirement).
If you are a beginner, I am starting a beginner distribution list. You may email me your address and I will keep you posted on appropriate events. You can be new/never played. When we have enough response, We will host lessons, classes, and beginner leagues if you are interested.
Remember to RSVP. We need minimum six to Rsvp by friday or I will cancel on Saturday. We are planning for another great turnout. See you next week.

Event Discussion Thread
What a day, what a day! Sunshine, ornery short mexican, Sado the Turkish demon, and a great contribution by the women: Rachel, Irina and our late but not least, Danieeeeellllle. There was Frisbee and football tossing for those of us who didn't want the day to end. What a day! Even if you don't like volleyball, sitting under the redwoods at San Tomas park is pretty much a blessed day. Thank you all.
When the good weather comes, we start to lose people but hopefully we will get some of our regulars back. Rachel is out for two weeks (better offers), Raul is out for a week and then a month (family, who needs em?). Try to RSVP early and recruit. Thanks to Don as always for his recruiting efforts, too many players to list. Peter is bringing a guest this week, everyone find another player. I am dying to have a competitive net for some killer threes or fours.

Sorry guys, Eric and I were not going to be able to make it so the most we had was five and we still needed someone to set up the nets and get them from me.
