I'll be hosting open mic this Sunday evening at The Spot (formerly known as The Kings Head)...it's been cleaned up a bit and there's been some remodeling. Come support our get together and show the new owners love.
Any music goes, any level of performer, any instrument - bring guitar, keyboard, or flute or whatever...we will have a drum kit and PA. It's a lot like Karaoke but completely different - there's live music!
Signups begin at
7:00PM Look for signup sheet, and Eddie Clay.
8:00PM we begin, each act is about three songs or 12 or so minutes.
11:00ish we end the show.
There's a very supportive audience, a great chance to network with other wannabe and established musicians. Original songs highly encouraged, cover songs and a cappella songs are o.k. too. In fact we can act as a live band for karaoke if singing is all you want to do.
