Start-up: Feedback Site for Small Biz, Need your Input

We're developing a free web application based here in the south bay. It's like an interactive online suggestion box for small businesses.

BTW, in case there's anyone who's wondering if I'm ok with someone asking for input on another site here, everything's cool. Nick was polite enough to ask first before posting this, which he didn't really have to do, so if you've got a minute take a look at his demo and see if there's anything insightful you can offer.

Like Social Wave, one of the purposes of his site is to assist small businesses. Having seen that space and coming to understand it, I can openly say that it's a very tough tough field to play on and I'd support anyone who's genuinely trying to innovate to help the small business community. It is so much easier on the mind and the bottom line to play with organizations with dedicated marketing people and ample checkbooks.

Here's a little background.
A lot of owners wanted to respond back to negative reviews on yelp.
We thought it was wrong for yelp to extort business owners $350/month to move the negative reviews to the bottom of the list.

So we decide to create a channel for business owners to communicate with their customers and build community, which means more return business.
