We help you stay active. At some point, most people are going to sustain an injury. We don’t hope for this however we are happy to be here when people need us. If you are a runner, weightlifter, golfer, thrower, hiker, or just generally active person we can help you get back to the activities and training you live for.
Since we are athletes ourselves we understand the training mentality. We understand how to write a training program and rehab plan that fits with your lifestyle. You don’t need to accept the old advice of “just rest it,” and we strive to give you a world class experience when it comes to helping you recover from injury.
It’s not enough to just say rest it, or to give three sets of ten of the same exercise for 6 weeks and then say you’re good to go. Rehab should always be specific to your goals and that’s what we do.
