Union Yoga is offering a meditation and breathwork series on Zoom every weekday from Monday, September 21 through Friday, October 16. Offered each day at 8:15am, 4:15pm, and 7:15pm, it's a join-when-you-can, 20-minutes-at-a-time program that is designed to meet you where you are. Fee is $65 for the full session. Register online.

These short and sweet 20-minute sessions, offered 3 times per day by Union Yoga owner Kelli Gray, are a great chance to learn and practice simple techniques of meditation and breathwork (pranayama). All levels are welcome. Each practice is 20 minutes followed by an optional Q&A session.

8 Week After School Art Programs for Kids and Teens at the Art Beat

The Art Beat has space remaining in some of their after school art programs for kids and teens. These 8 week long courses begin this week and take place at their Downtown Campbell art studio classroom.

All programs begin the week of September 14th and meet once a week for eight weeks.

With everything so crazy that is happening this year we are so very passionate about keeping our beloved Tessora's Wine Club going. We have converted our release party into a virtual event. If you are wanting to join in to a fun tasting event we still have room for you.
