Anyone can practice yoga!
This class is for beginners or those who would like to learn more about the practice of Upa yoga, which seeks to promote health and well-being through physical exercise. You will learn the basic techniques of breathing and relaxing the back and spinal region.
· Bring a yoga mat or a large towel to use on the floor. Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in.
· If you eat before the class, make it a light meal or snack at least two hours ahead of the class.
