Enjoy dishes such as Ad Astra French Toast with lemon-vanilla whipped cream and farmers market berries; Pulpo Frito with crispy Spanish octopus, chimichurri potatoes, tomatillo salsa, guajillo aioli, and citrus oil; Bocadillo de Gamba with flash fried wild Gulf prawns, tomato, garlic aioli, pickled onion, cilantro crema, Ad Astra hoagie bun, and choice of fruit or home-style potatoes; and Classic Eggs Benedict with two pasture-raised eggs, home-style potatoes, Canadian bacon, English muffin, and hollandaise sauce.
