Morning Crane: Friends Are Free on Christmas Eve

Morning Crane Healing Arts & Fitness Center is pleased to announce that on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, your friends can attend our Fit & Firm (9am) and Pilates Mat (10am) classes for free!

Fit & Firm will incorporate exercises for every body part from head to toe utilizing resistance tubing, Bosu balls, dumbbells, and more. A totally challenging, totally effective, totally awesome class! Great music, awesome instructors inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Pilates Mat class will help you strengthen your core and increase your flexibility. This class will incorporate a fusion of Pilates and Yoga exercises used to tone and stretch every muscle in your body. A variety of props such as the Pilates Ring, Roller, and Balls will be incorporated to bring you an invigorating workout.
