The Council on Aging Silicon Valley presents a free Special Health Forum for Seniors and People with Disabilities at the Santa Clara Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A. Don't miss this important opportunity to learn from Health Care experts (including representative from the CA Dept. of Health Care Services) about the important changes to Medi-Cal and Medicare that are impacting seniors and persons with disabilities.
