North, south, east, and west! Do you know where you are now? Families with children age 5 and up are invited to join Guadalupe River Park Conservancy for an exciting class about geography, navigation, and geocaching! Travel back in time to learn about ancient navigation and then fast forward to the modern world of Global Positioning Systems. Work in teams to use handheld GPS units (provided) to determine your latitude and longitude in the park, find educational treasure boxes, and solve fun geography puzzles!

For a family of four, cost is $15 for members of Guadalupe River Park Conservancy; $20 for all others. For one parent and one child, cost is $10 for members of Guadalupe River Park Conservancy; $15 for all others. Pre-registration is required. For more information and to register, please click here.
