North, south, east, and west! Do you know where you are now? Join us for an exciting class about geography, navigation, and geocaching! Travel back in time to learn about ancient navigation and then fast forward to the modern world of Global Positioning Systems. Work in teams to use handheld GPS units (provided) to determine your latitude and longitude in the park, find educational treasure boxes, and solve fun geography puzzles! Bring your friends and family members to explore the park through this geoacaching adventure!

This family workshop will be held on Saturday, October 25, 10am-11:30am for ages 5 and up. For families of four, the cost is $15 for members of Guadalupe River Park Conservancy or $20 for all others.
