As a former nine-year member of both bassist Stanley Clarke’s band and the celebrated Turtle Island Quartet, Mads won two Grammy Awards, and he was nominated for a third Grammy in 2015
Saxophonist Kristen Strom has been a mainstay on the Bay Area music scene for nearly two decades, acclaimed for beautifully rendered melodies, exceptional tonality, and accomplished musicianship. Strom has played alongside many well-known artists, including Manhattan Transfer, Gladys Knight, Natalie Cole, Roberta Flack, Johnny Mathis, Jimmy Heath, Steve Turre, Pamela Rose, and Jon Faddis.
The Ainsley House presents an amazing all-guitar concert featuring some of the finest talent in the Bay Area. Featuring: The Lady Fingers guitar duo, father and son duo Masao and Hiro Yoshimura and world-class Classical guitarist, Christopher Mann. This program, sure to be the guitar event of the season, is also a fundraiser for the South Bay Guitar Society (SBGS.org).

Two-time Grammy Award Winning Violinist Mads Tolling brings his wonderful violin and piano duet to the Ainsley House. Bay Area legend John R. Burr will handle the keys. This will be a journey of vibrant jazz and spirited renditions of some of the great American standards along with a few originals.
