Petting zoo, free snacks, Santa, a giant slide, and a light saber duel? It's not weird. It's just Campbell. One year, Santa looked around and actually said "It's Campbell. This town always has a good time."
It was the 2025 Carol of Lights and it has been held almost every single year since 1986. It's seen many changes from its start, but ultimately it's a huge community celebration for all to enjoy.
It's also a very big lift orchestrated by the Downtown Campbell Business Association with volunteers. The people who put their lives on hold to make this happen this year were Carol Pouya (retired, used to own Tessora's), Amy Taylor (Cloud City), and Brooke Ramirez (Bombshell Boutique). Countless other volunteers doing things big and small were also involved to ensure this decades long holiday celebration could continue.
