At Ad Astra Bread Co, fresh sourdough loaves are baked daily as well as an ever-changing variety of sweet and savory offerings. We serve coffee drinks and baked goods to go or to enjoy at our indoor seating.

We are committed to using all-organic flours to create old-world style sourdoughs over a 2-day baking process. Our sourdoughs are mixed, hand portioned and shaped, and allowed to slowly ferment overnight, then are baked the following day.
