Here at Om Studios in Old Monterey, we believe the real secret to overall wellbeing is a regular practice. We help you achieve that consistency by offering a variety of classes including Yoga, Barre, TRX, and Pilates Fusion.

We have a variety of membership options that give you access to this studio as well as our sister studio in Carmel, and we do our best to accommodate everyone's needs. We encourage you to try out our Intro Special, a one week, $20 investment that allows you to experience all of our Barre and Yoga classes during those 7 days.

In addition to fitness, we also specialize in R&R, with a full-service spa featuring some of Monterey's best massage and skin care specialists. We offer massage therapy, nutrition consulting, custom facials, waxing services, and more, all under one roof!
