Chef Garcia is no stranger to high profile restaurants, having worked under the tutelage of two of the area's most celebrated chefs, Bert Cutino and Roy Yamaguchi.

Before taking the helm at Esteban Restaurant, Chef Garcia was Executive Chef of the Sardine Factory. Prior to that, he worked at Sanderlings at Seascape Beach Resort under the mentorship of Karl Staub as well as Roy's Restaurant at Pebble Beach Resorts under the leadership of Pablo Mellin.
