El Guapo's is Closed Until Further Notice

Posted on January 17th, 2021 by El Guapo's

Shortly after the New Year, El Guapo's announced that they were closing temporarily. They were adamant that they'd be back, but it was simply not tenable for them to continue operating under the current business climate. They let their fans know that they'd be closing until further notice on January 9th, but hordes of El Guapo fans made sure they'd know how much they would be missed in the meantime by hitting their online ordering so hard on their last day before shutting down that their ordering system crashed.

The news that Stripes Boutique is closing was a terrible way for Downtown Campbell to start 2021, but in the end it should be the best for Elise and her family. Elise wasn't just the owner of a popular shop of artisan children's clothing for over 8 years, she was a member of the Downtown Campbell Business Association's board and someone who actively contributed to the culture of our Downtown.

A former Bombshell employee of mine passed away this weekend. Danitza or “Dani” as many called her, was too young to...

Middlebury Institute of International Studies presents a free Zoom webinar with Governor Bill Richardson entitled "War and Peace: The Importance of Multilateral Diplomacy" on Monday, February 1 at 4pm. All are welcome. Please register in advance online.

Diplomacy isn’t just about winning. It’s about creatively collaborating to craft a solution that works for both parties. How the United States does this as it moves forward in a complicated world stage will be more than challenging.

With more than 30 years of government experience, Governor Bill Richardson is a leader in the private, government, and not-for-profit sectors. He currently operates the Santa Fe, New Mexico-based Richardson Center for Global Engagement, a foundation focused on conflict resolution, prisoner release and environmental protection.

This is the fourth event sponsored by the Jan Knippers Black Fund for Human Rights Protection.
