Virtual King Trivia - Play Online

Posted on June 9th, 2020 by Lvl Up

If you're missing your weekly King Trivia nights at Lvl Up, you can still have the trivia and the food that normally went with the King Trivia nights. Lvl Up is open for takeout, delivery, and "curbside dining" from 5pm to 9pm daily. Grab your food and drinks at Lvl Up then join King Trivia online at 7pm on the usual time on Sunday nights!

Our Campbell location remains open 7 days a week for takeout and Doordash deliveries.

We have received many questions about when we will open for outdoor dining and for the time-being, we have decided to wait until indoor dining has been approved by the Health Department.

We hope you will continue supporting us during this time. Many customers are getting their favorite sushi dishes, cocktails, beer, sake and cupcakes to go, and finding a picnic spot to enjoy everything, or take it home for the family.

Reopening: Atomic 1800 Is Now Cypress Boutique Monterey

Posted on June 6th, 2020 by Cypress

Atomic 1800 is now Cypress Boutique Monterey! Owner Mary Ojugo has renamed her store, which will continue to feature fashionable clothing and accessories for men and women. Located at 800 Lighthouse Avenue in Monterey, Cypress Boutique Monterey reopened for in-store shopping on Tuesday, June 9. New hours are 11:30am-6:30pm, Tuesday - Sunday.

A native of the Monterey Peninsula, Mary Ojugo strives to empower women and men to wear clothes that make them feel confident and look their best. From the moment you walk into the shop you'll be immersed in a world of creative expression and statement pieces.

While the name may have changed to Cypress Boutique Monterey, we assure you the fashion is still hot and the customer service is still warm and friendly, promoting good vibes and personal statements through style.

Old Capitol Books is unable to pay the rent on our current building, located at 559 Tyler Street in Downtown Old Monterey, and we're going to have to move very quickly. We're not certain where our new space will be, but we're confident that we'll find a new home soon.

The good news for your library is that you can stock up on books and help Old Capitol Books move at the same time! Buy a banker box of surprise books - you can select up to two preferred genres for your books - and pick it up while we're packing! Each banker box will contain 20-30 books depending on the books' sizes. And the price is only $40. Order your box now online.

Enjoying the grounds of Cooper Molera Adobe and its gardens, located at 506 Munras Avenue in Downtown Old Monterey, is a wonderful escape during this period of crisis. Please consider supporting Cooper Molera Adobe with a tax-deductible donation by texting HISTORIC COOPER to 52886 today. You will receive a link to make a donation of any amount.

In response to this moment of crisis, the Robert W. Wilson Charitable Trust has generously stepped forward to match your gift to the National Trust! For every $2 you give, another $1 will be matched, for a total of $3.

Thank you for supporting Cooper Molera Adobe and our beautiful gardens. Please be safe and exercise responsible social distancing. We want everyone to be around to enjoy this special place for a long time.

Online offerings will still be available for the foreseeable future both streaming and on Vimeo.

This weekend, Monterey County Health Department lifted some business restrictions. We are happy to report that hair salons and barbershops are now open for business, in-store shopping is now permitted at retail stores, and restaurants are now permitted to offer dine-in services.

At LighthouseDistrict.net, we will continue to update the Lighthouse District Dining Guide and our SIP Mall to reflect the latest information so you can find the places with the options that best meet your needs.
