PG&E Program for Residents Without Power for Long Periods

Posted on March 24th, 2023 by lighthouseave

If you are a residential PG&E customer and your home has gone without power for at least 48 hours due to severe storm conditions, you may qualify for a payment under PG&E’s Safety Net Program. This program provides for the automatic payment of $25 - $100, which is paid about 60 days following the storm outage. See if you're eligible here.

Please note: in some cases, processing the claim may take 90-120 days (heavy storm season). Businesses are not eligible for this program.
