Chic Event Rentals introduces our latest offering, Silent Disco, just in time for the long summer nights! You might be asking yourself, "What is Silent Disco?" It's when people dance to music, which they listen to on wireless headphones. Rather than using a speaker system, the music is broadcast via a radio transmitter, and the signal is picked up by the wireless headphone receivers worn by the participants.
People without headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing to nothing. They're a perfect way to keep the party going even past noise curfews!
Our current starting price for Silent Disco is $500, which includes 50 head phones and 1 transmitter. Each additional guest (up to 100 guests total) will be an additional $5 per person. The Silent Disco transmitter can be used with an iPod or DJ system - these are not included in the price. The equipment is available for will call or delivery. If delivered, set up is not included in the price unless you have a DJ contracted through DNA Entertainment.

David's strength lies in diving into poses, techniques, drills, and philosophy in ways that help us refine and deepen our regular yoga practice, whatever your level and experience. Yoga Lab has been developed to help you to refine the technique, breathwork, skill and depth within your own practice.
With years of experience studying under master teachers in India, David is able to provide as much skill guiding a brand new student, an injured student, or a practiced yogi at the same level of compassion and depth. We'd like to wish a happy retirement to these two crazy kids. Ed and Chrystie DeSoto just sold The Olive Bar to a nice family that will keep it an Olive Oil store. They'll be handing over the keys to the place on July 1st, making it just over 13 years that they've been Olive Oil retailers. They'll be introducing the new owners to all of their old friends at an event on Sunday, June 23rd from 4pm to 6pm.
In honor of their retirement, we're digging up some photos of the Olive Bar from their first days in business back in 2007. Later in the week to make this even more interesting, we're going to post some photos of what Downtown Campbell was like in 2007 when they opened and you'll understand what a remarkable ride the past 13 years have been.
