This special dinner celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Mexico, coinciding with the vibrant festivities of Mexican Independence Day. Each course has been thoughtfully selected by a member of our culinary team, reflecting their personal connection to Mexico's diverse cuisine. To elevate the experience, every dish will be paired with a premium tequila cocktail, curated by the renowned Distrito Federal mixology team.
Course 1: Pozole Rojo
A traditional Mexican hominy soup with a rich, flavorful red broth, garnished with fresh toppings.
Course 2: Tostadas Raspada
Crispy tostadas topped with shredded beef, refried beans, queso fresco, and shredded lettuce.
Course 3: Salbute
A puffed masa delight topped with tender chicken and vibrant salsa verde.
Course 4: Mini Flautas
Two crispy rolled tacos: one filled with shredded adobo chicken and the other with braised beef, prepared with Chef Geo’s secret family recipe.
Course 5: Tlayuda

Course 6: Arroz Con Leche with Rompope
A creamy rice pudding infused with the sweet, nutty flavors of Rompope (Mexican eggnog).
