For one hour, children participate in short lessons in reading, math, and handwriting, providing a gentle introduction to the DaVinci Program.

Children participate in activities and lessons while one parent is present in the classroom to observe the child's engagement and interaction with the teacher and activities.

Kindergarten is a step up from preschool and pre-K, requiring a bit more focus with distinct time periods for academic progress. Participation, following directions and a child's interest and willingness are important aspects of readiness.

Doors open at 10:15 a.m. and close at 10:30 a.m. when the lesson begins. Afterward, teachers and admissions staff are on hand to answer questions and to schedule personal tours for parents during school hours.
