After a career in the computer industry - corporate training, project management, instructional design, writing, documentation, database maintenance and Macintosh technical support - I found myself able to enjoy a life of leisure. Of course, I then started a consultancy... doing all of the above, and more.I also took a series of cooking classes from the HomeChef cooking store. Sadly, they are no more, but this started me on my path to enjoying and sharing my own brand of cooking with friends and family.Friends and clients of my computer consultancy asked how they could learn to make bread, so I started giving bread making classes. I discovered that many people want to learn cooking in the intimacy of their own homes. As a result, along with computer training, database design, and technical support, Cynics at Large now provides in-home cooking classes for small groups.It is my great pleasure to add the demonstrations at The Olive Bar to my schedule.
