Poetry Center San Jose, in collaboration with The Billy DeFrank LGBT Community Center, present Authorial Intrusion: A Reading Honoring the Works of Walt Whitman at which writers Jonathan Cook and Jonathan Almeirdo will read original pieces inspired by the work of Walt Whitman. A open mic will follow. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged.
