Projected to be the first floating city
in international waters, The Blueseed Project is dedicated to harvesting
entrepreneurship by creating a place where the world’s top tech minds can
collaborate. 12 miles off the coast of Northern California, residents would not
be subject to work visa limitations. Called the “Google-plex of the Sea”, The
