Harmony's Fit Camp
Tues & Thurs: 6am - 6:50am
Cardio and strength conditioning, including intervals, circuit training, TRX, kettlebell and body weight exercises.

Foundation Training
Thurs: 12pm
Developed by a physical therapist, improves coordination, alleviates chronic pain, strengthens you for any physical activity.

High intensity training building mobility, strength, and endurance using kettlebells, parallettes, gymnastic rings, clubs, and your own body weight
