Scholze Park Community Center presents Movement to Music for adults and seniors. Enjoy a fun, upbeat workout for strength and flexibility with a focus on balance and core work. Class includes warm-up, low-impact aerobics, muscle toning, cool down, and stretching to great music and laughter!

The class is held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, February 9 - April 3, 10:30am-11:30am. (Please note: there will be no class on February 16.) Cost is $52 for Monterey City residents, and $66 for all others. For more information and to register, please phone 831-646-3878.
