Celebrate Earth Day at Montrio Bistro on April 22 - today only, Chef Baker and his team will present each diner with a Mason jar of our compost soil and a packet of seeds to start your own herb garden!
Montrio composts in-house, uses paper straws and waterless urinals, and recycles cardboard, glass, and plastic. Chef Baker supports local farmers' market vendors for organic produce, pasture-raised eggs and honey, and has expanded vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menu selections. Montrio has automatic lighting sensors, LED lighting, remote HVAC sensors, and is a Green-Certified Restaurant.
