MIIS hosts a free presentation by world-renowned Tai Chi Master Chen Zhonghua on Friday, January 26, 6:30pm-8:30pm in Irvine Auditorium in the McCone Building. This event is sponsored by the Monterey Bay Chinese Association.

Master Chen studied with two 18th generation Chen Style Tai Chi grandmasters. He is now the International Standard Bearer of Chen Style Tai Chi - Practical Method, and teaches thousands of students across the world.

In this presentation, he will focus on Chen Style Tai Chi's cultural roots, its development, and characteristics, providing live demonstrations.
