The New Monterey Neighborhood Association invites everyone to join us for our Annual Meeting on Monday, January 29, 6:30pm-9pm, held on the upper level of Hilltop Park Center.

The main presentation will be given by George Riley, Managing Director of Public Water Now. Also on the agenda is a review of Neighborhood Improvement Projects, a vote on changes to the by-laws, and approval of the 2018 Board of Directors slate. Board members will be providing light refreshments.

Public Water Now is a community-based non-profit organization committed to achieving the lowest cost, sustainable water supply for the Monterey Peninsula through public ownership. Our goal is public ownership of our water supply, including any future desalination facilities, and the distribution system currently owned by the California American Water Company. We want a rate structure that is fair, equitable, and affordable for all water users served by this system.
