Thursday, June 21 is both International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice, and Union Yoga will be celebrating this day of light with special events, classes, and pricing. For more details, phone us at 202-832-6854.

In celebration of our sacred practice on International Day of Yoga all classes at Union will be free! Join us for your regular practice or use this opportunity to stack classes and salute the sun as it rises in the morning and sets in the evening. Pre-registration recommended. Suggested donation of $10 will go to Surfrider Monterey.

And we'll start the solstice with a Sunrise Yoga Flow at Carmel River Beach. Marybeth will lead you through a series designed to connect you to the light within and without. Class will begin at 6am - bring a mat or towel to practice on. Suggested donation of $10 will go to Surfrider Monterey.
