Johnny Tsunami and the Shoulder Hoppers' recipe is simple: play rock n’ roll clean, tight, and right. Vocalist and rhythm guitarist Ron Triplett’s influences of John Cougar, Bowie, Clash, and Sublime, among others, allows Johnny Tsunami to play a mix of alternative rock renditions and classic rock along with originals that have hints of the countryside intertwined. Johnny Tsunami aims for a blend of “B-SIDE” rock, reggae, and hippy-garage renditions, inspiring the band members and long-time surfers of the coast to jam down around town!
