Body-Mind Fall Reset Program Begins at Union Yoga

As we transition from summer to fall, join Union Yoga and instructor Ana Poirier for an Ayurveda-inspired body-mind reset that includes nutrition, lifestyle, self-care, healing wisdom, yoga, self-reflection, stress reduction, and more. It's a gentle, simple, effective, and customizable journey designed to support you in moving through the seasonal transition feeling more balanced, energized, resilient, healthy, and calm.
The program includes: three 90-minute in-person group meetings (October 6, 13 and 20, 12pm-1:30pm); yoga to support your cleanse; an e-guidebook and e-workbook; daily emails to inspire, motivate, and support; a private call with the instructor to customize and troubleshoot; and more. Fee is $150 per person until September 1, $175 per person after September 1. Register online.
Ana Poirier teaches Yin Yoga and mid-day mindfulness at Union Yoga. She is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, yoga instructor, experienced natural foods chef, massage therapist, and Reiki practitioner.
