Estéban Restaurant’s Executive Chef Gus Trejo and his team are pulling out all the stops to make this Valentine’s Day one to remember. A four-course, candlelit dinner will be offered on Thursday, February 14, 5pm-9pm. Chef Trejo’s thoughtful menu deliciously celebrates Valentine’s Day. With a nod to the color of love, each dish features one of nature’s most beautiful red ingredients.
To start, dinner features Sea Scallops & Morro Bay Oysters with heirloom radishes and blood orange slices. Next, Quail with English peas, Coke Farm baby beets and red sorrel. The main course offers a choice of Red Snapper with mussels, clams and chili pepper broth or Liberty Farms Duck with beluga lentils, rainbow chard and jus. As the finale, Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Cake with pomegranate and cocoa ice cream. Price is $60 per person plus tax and gratuity.
