The evening will begin in The Club Room's fireside dining room with a Jameson social between friends. Our hosts for the evening will pour a selection of Irish whiskies each perfectly paired to complement every course.
Executive Chef Danny Abbruzzese and his team source the freshest locally sourced and sustainable ingredients available along the Central Coast. The Celtic Irish Whiskey Dinner menu and pairings will be inspired by St. Patrick's Day and traditional Irish fare.
