For those curious about Acro Yoga, David Joshua Stickler is offering an All-Level Acro Yoga Workshop at Union Yoga on Friday, June 7, at 7:45pm (immediately following our Yin Yoga Class). All levels are welcome - beginners will work on trust and basic skills while very advanced acro yogis will receive new challenges of play. There is a $10 drop-in fee.
